Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Services.
General Terms
Our Fees & Extra Labor During Planning Process
Our packages have been carefully designed with love and care. We have estimated the number of hours to design and plan each proposal package, in order for us to make the experience smooth and easy for you and our team. Understandably there is an extra charge should we surpass the estimated time allocated for each request. The extra cost per hour is 70 Euros per hour and we shall keep you informed before our estimated time is up.
During the planning process, in case there are any changes due to new ideas or more services requested by the client, we cannot commit to our initial fees and your desired budget due to additional work done by us. The extra cost per hour is 70 Euros per hour.
Any services and arrangements not mentioned in our packages sent to you, shall be charged at an additional cost.
Availability
While we strive to accommodate your preferred proposal date, its availability cannot be guaranteed especially during high season (June - September), even more so with last minute requests. Changes may be made such as the Proposal time or date. We appreciate your understanding and will do our utmost to fulfill your request.
Bad Weather
WPG will do its utmost, in case of bad weather, to provide and retain the high quality of service and to make any necessary changes deemed appropriate for the event. In such case the client agrees that if bad weather prohibits any part of their wedding proposal to take place, WPG will not be held responsible. In this case, the client is solely responsible for all additional expenses pertaining to bad weather conditions, such as change of venue, rental of tent etc.
Photo/Video Confidentiality Clause
The client is kindly requested to agree to permit WPG to use any photographs and/or audio-visual material from client’s event, for promotional purposes. In case of photograph and/or video material privacy/confidentiality, an extra charge of 310 Euros paid to WPG is requested. This cost does not cover the photographer’s or videographer’s ‘Privacy & Exclusivity’ surcharge.
Photographs/Video Delivery
Photo and video delivery times vary depending on the season and photography team. During high season (May - October), you can expect your photos within up to 4 weeks after the proposal. In the low season (November - April), delivery is typically within 2 weeks. Photo/Video teams in Crete may deliver photographs much sooner (1 - 3 weeks).
Beach Picnic Conditions
All Furniture and Accessories which are used to make your wedding proposal memorable, are to be returned to the vendors in the same excellent condition as when they were set up. In the unfortunate case of any loss or damage, regrettably the client must compensate the vendor as per each vendor’s policy.
Please note that locations may vary depending on the season and day of the week. For Beach Picnics in Athens, there may be an additional distance of up to 45km to reach the desired location, due to the busy nature of the beaches, even late into the evening (11pm). We always make an effort to find the most suitable and secluded spots, as close to Athens center as possible, to ensure a more intimate setting. Our goal is to create the perfect atmosphere for your proposal, minimizing crowds to make the experience as private and special as possible.
In the case that we are fully booked and a team member must set up/tear down the Beach Picnics outside Athens, please note that Travelling & Accommodation expenses are additionally charged for events. In such cases, we shall be sending you the additional costs.
Destinations
Our services are available across Greece. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the same level of service or professional expertise in areas where we have not previously worked, as this may involve unfamiliar teams or resources.
While we will always strive to meet your expectations, we cannot be held responsible for any variations in service quality in locations where our experience is limited.
We are committed to delivering exceptional services to the best of our ability, but please be aware that there are certain locations and islands where we have no prior experience. Rest assured, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest quality service throughout Greece.
Location Privacy
While we cannot guarantee complete privacy in public spaces, we always strive to find the most suitable locations with fewer crowds. However, certain places, such as the Acropolis, Sounion, and other historical landmarks, may be unavoidable and attract larger groups of visitors.
Rest assured, we do our utmost to ensure that your special occasion remains as intimate and private as possible, creating the best possible experience for you.
Payment Methods & Conditions
The total cost of the Wedding Proposal must be settled the very latest 5 days prior to the scheduled event date so that the wedding proposal can take place. Failure to do so will force WPG to cancel the event and all payments made by the client will be absolutely non-refundable.
We accept all methods of payment except Cash. Payments can be made by Bank Transfer, Pay Pal or Credit Card. Where Credit Cards or
PayPal are used, you are kindly requested to add 3.5% or 5% respectively in order to cover all bank and handling charges. For Pay Pal, our email address info@mili-lo.com must be used.
In order to secure our services for your special event, a non-refundable deposit shall be required. Once received, we can then disclose all our sources, providing you with detailed information, images and links.
Furthermore, as already mentioned above, kindly note that full payment of your wedding proposal’s total amount, including all vendors’ costs/fees must be settled before the wedding proposal can take place.
Cancellation Policy
Should, for any reason, the date of the wedding proposal change, WPG will make the best effort possible to accommodate the new date. WPG however will not be obliged to provide the same agreed services and fee for the new date or venue. Furthermore, the client is solely responsible for all additional expenses pertaining to the change of date or venue.
WPG will not be held responsible if the event is cancelled due to an Event of Force Majeure, including but not limited to rain, floods, earthquake, epidemic, strikes etc. but will do the very best possible to find a solution.
In the event the wedding proposal is cancelled, the initial deposit is non-refundable. The remaining payments which are due to all vendors and venues/hotels involved, are determined as per each vendor’s cancellation policy.
The remaining payments due to WPG are determined according to the extent of the support and costs incurred in regard to the wedding proposal up until the date of cancellation. If cancelled within 30 days of the event, the following applies:
90% of the FEE if the wedding proposal is cancelled within 20 days of the scheduled event date.
100% of all COSTS and EXPENSES incurred by WPG in regard to the event irrespective of the cancellation date.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Services after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, our collaboration shall discontinue and any payments made shall be non-refundable.
